From the time Chef Justin was a child he remembers fondly cooking with his mother and so his desire and passion to prepare the finest in cuisine came about. Sunday’s were spent in the kitchen prepping, cooking and later enjoying the labor of his fruits. Now he wants to share his talents with you! Hosting a private or large event Chef Justin is the only call you will ever need to make.

Chef Justin outsources the finest for a farm to table dinning including fresh foods and produce from the farms right here located in the beautiful Hudson Valley.

Chef Justin has had formal training and much hands on experiences. Chef Justin trained in New York City at the Natural Gourmet Institute with a primary focus on organic farm to table cuisine. Furthering education in Tuscany, Italy where he honed his culinary skills in traditional Italian fare.

As a personal chef Justin has an extensive amount of culinary knowledge and is well versed in multiple cooking techniques, cuisines and menu planning. In addition, Chef Justin has worked in some of NYC most prestigious restaurants from Nobu to BG.

Chef Justin has now made his way to the Hudson Valley where he and his partner Keith recently purchased their first home. Chef Justin and Keith alongside them came a beautiful German Sheppard named Lady who herself can’t get enough of Chef Justin and his cooking.

When the three of them are not out on a hike or traveling abroad they can be found wine tasting or hiking of course second to preparing the finest meals for some very well know celebrities.

Chef Justin focuses on premium, quality ingredients from local farms. He will take pride in researching every item served and go that extra mile in assuring quality is never compromised. We buy only the best local ingredients – it makes a difference, and you will taste that!

Chef Justin has assembled a team of top talent and hospitality professionals from every aspect of the industry, allowing the combined knowledge to solution any challenge that comes. His team has one thing in common — passion for cooking! Together they are known for love of food & commitment to their clients, and some amazing savory dishes.
