The music ministry team of Greenhills Christian Fellowship-Halton, a.k.a. GCF-Halton Church in Oakville started and continuosly work together as an all volunteer non-professional music team players for the church’s praise and worship on its Sunday worship services.

NFE 2024 DAY 1 ARTISTS:

TYLER PE BENITO
Tyler Pe Benito is a 23 year old nurse from Welland. He has been playing guitar for over a decade and just started singing. He has been posting on social media ever since. This is his biggest performance yet.

JOY TEJADA
Came from family of musicians and singers in Olongapo City, Philippines. A mother of 3, Joy was named as the Soul Divah of Toronto. She is an event singer, sessionista, front act artist and a former band vocalist. Joy also joined singing competitions in Toronto and won, 1st runner up.

IGOROTS IN NIAGARA REGION CULTURAL GROUP
Igorots in Niagara Region was formed in 2022 with the leadership of Jovie Ket-Eng. Different provinces under the Cordillera Administrative Region are represented in our group. Our performers are all Igorots. In 2023-2024, we performed at the Folk Arts Festival FCAN Open House and at the Niagara Fiesta Extravaganza. We also performed in 2022 NFE. This year, we are proud to be the Featured Culture in our 2024 Niagara Fiesta Extravaganza. INR is an Igorot Social and Cultural Club and we have get-togethers to celebrate our culture, regularly during the summer months and also at our Christmas gathering in the winter.

Niagara Bald Eagles is committed to strengthening the sports in Niagara Region and would like to be the prime mover of community based grassroots basketball that focuses on whole player approach.

We were honoured to host today Ateneo De Cebu and Niagara College for a friendly match between Ateneo De Cebu led by Wilhelm Go (2023 Palarong Pambansa Champion) and Niagara Bald Eagles as well as between Ateneo De Cebu and Niagara Lady Eagles for volleyball!

Congratulations to Niagara Bald Eagles - Cadet Pool for reaching the quarterfinals of Niagara River Lions 3x3 Tournament. With only couple of weeks preparation, we were able to reach the quarterfinals. Congrats to the Champions and looking forward for the next league/tournament. Go Eagles!

It was a great Season 2 for Niagara Region Volleyball League - Justinjay Tax Cup (In-house league version). We definitely are going bigger for Season 3 next year.

Focusing on community especially the youth, giving them activities during the cold seasons, NRVL will continue to deliver the much needed sports next year!
