Very happy to be part of a collaboration of birthdays this evening and such a treat that the clients were so much fun.🧑🏽🍳
The menu they chose was easy going, and built around comfort food which is definitely my specialty. 🥂
🔥Marinated & roasted sourdough with aged balsamic and gorgonzola mousse.
🔥 Seared rare albacore tuna & classic caponata
🔥 AAA bone-in, slow braised Angus beef short rib, with green peppercorn demi glace, black truffle & foraged mushroom Acquerello risotto
🔥Charred cauliflower with garlic & fresh thyme compound butter
Pretty delicious menu if I may say so myself. 😉
