Canal Flats Festivities

Last Sunday we had a Very Merry Christmas Float that brought mountains of cheer to Children throughout Canal Flats! 🎄Always such a special feeling having Santa come delight Children right to their doorstep for some Pre-Christmas Cheer. 🤩

We must thank Santa for making the trip from the North Pole during this busy season, to float through town, giving his jolliest Ho-ho-ho’s! 🎅🏻

Mark Chadney for showing up behind the scene, and bringing joy to all!

Sydney for capturing the cherished moments with Santa, and candid shots that really show the warmth of each moment! 📸

Stan and Carole Timmerman for always having a warm shop for our float preparations, and use of trailer. ALSO! A big thank you for organizing a toy drive during Canal Day’s - which supplied 25 gifts this year, thank you to those that donated! 🎁

Rebecca, for your tremendous cash donation towards future events for children and families in our community! 💚

En-Joy for baking and donating all the delicious cookies for Goodie Bags. 🍪

What an incredible Halloween 2024 in Canal Flats!!

We want to send the biggest thank you to those that helped by supporting, volunteering, and donating!

Canal Flats Family Pantry: Donating Hotdogs and Buns for all to enjoy! 🌭

Tracy Speerbrecker and Deneen Agnew for loading up the Goody Bags with fun spooky treats!

Pattie May and Marjorie Dusome: Creating and donating such animated, and tasty Halloween Cupcakes! 🧁

Tracy Speerbrecker: the incredible Coloring Contest Baskets loaded to the max with amazing goodies! 🧺

Fairmont Mountainside Market: The Refreshing Juice Boxes🧃

Julia Dupuis: For her awesome Speaker, to play all the Halloween jams! 🎶

Heidi Pronk: Donating and making a festive Halloween Prize basket for the Guess Jar’s children’s prize

Shawn and Jean Doherty: For taking time to help us clean up the Civic Centre after!

The Village of Canal Flats: For use of the Civic Centre where all can come together as a community and enjoy, as well as the continued support so we can pull off these events!

Village of Canal Flats Post Office: for hosting our Guess Jar and Coloring Contest Display! ✉️

Also, the Cash Donations that were generously given Halloween Night, thank you!💕

Last but not least, our amazing Volunteers! That came together to pull off another successful Halloween Tradition!!By taking over and running the show on Halloween night, allowed us to still be able to trick or treat with our children, and this is deeply appreciated! 🏆🏆🏆🏆
