Another incredibly delicious 3 course dinner for a group of 12 friends pre-Christmas shenanigans 😃

Surf & Turf -
cast iron seared sous vide filet mignon | blackened salmon | saffron risotto | bone marrow & herb butter | pontchartrain sauce | espelette pepper
