This week at Garlands….
There will be lots on offer, including gooey mars bar brownie and this weeks pies which are chicken in a white wine and tarragon sauce….

I’ve already got preorders for the pies so if you want to order a pie to pick up from Garlands or Chellaston then you’d better be quick…..👩‍🍳😄

It’s a beautiful morning here at Garlands…☀️☀️
I’ve got some broccoli and Stilton soup bubbling away, ready to warm your cockles when you come in from shooting….
Ive got pork and black pudding scotch eggs, sweet chilli pulled pork sausage rolls, bacon, Brie and mushroom baguettes, carrot, walnut and orange cake, millionaires flapjack, cookies, as well as the usual menu….
All fresh and homemade, as always.

Chicken and vegetable in a white wine and tarragon sauce…..🤤
We are having ours tonight with roast potatoes and carrots. I dipped my roast carrots and potatoes in the white wine sauce and it was LUSH 🤤

My boys work so hard for me and I simply couldn’t do it without them….
A special thankyou to my husband, Aiden, who is always behind the scenes working hard and putting up with me 🤣 He supports everything I do and I am so thankful to him for that. ❤️

🥧🥧🥧🥧Pushing the pies for ‘25 🥧🥧🥧🥧

To warm the winter months I am going to continue offering a different ‘ Take ‘n’ Bake pie each week.
These homemade pies will simply need cooking in the oven for 45 mins from fresh or they can be frozen and used at a later date.
Each pie is 1 large portion, or 2 small portions.
They are £5 each.
They can be collected from Garlands or Chellaston.
Next weeks homemade pies will be chicken and vegetable in a white wine and cream sauce.
Collection from Chellaston weds- Sunday
Collection from Garlands thurs- Saturday

It’s back to business as usual in the Catherine Cooks kitchen today…
I do love Christmas but I’m ready for a new year with lots of new ideas…..❤️
The first 2 jobs this morning were making mars bar brownies, coconut cake, Cadburys puds stuffed coookies and 20 litres of soup using these leeks which are absolutely MASSIVE 🤣
All at Garlands tomorrow…..
Let’s get back to it 💪🏻👩‍🍳
