Expo of Caterers

This has been an Idea i have been playing with in my mind for a few years. It came about when I was a GM for a Venue and found people were having issues finding caterers for either their culture or who did something different. I found many great caterers were small fairly new, but offered great food and service yet were not well known. I also found most people only use what they know or have had before or maybe a suggestion from a friend. Looking for Caterers and scheduling a tasting is daunting and time consuming. Why not have Caterers, just Caterers, together under one roof for people to come and talk to, sample their food and see what is really out there for them. With the COVID-19 and being home I was able to better pursue this idea and now it is coming to life and its exciting to see. I cannot wait to open the 1st Expo Of Caterers by That’s Catering.
