74th Annual Roedell Reunion Summary
The 74th annual Roedell Reunion was held Saturday, Oct 7th, in the Quinlan United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Relatives began arriving at 9:00 a.m. for breakfast and a day of visiting. Breakfast was served to 22.
At 1:00 p.m. a catered dinner was served to 34. A short business meeting followed. A craft auction was one of the highlights of the evening. Wayne and Travis Johnson entertained the crowd while auctioning off the items. A fun card followed, with the winner being, Donna Whitney.
Those attending the reunion from: Oklahoma were Shawn and Katrina of Sharon, Kamryn McDowell and Jacob Oberle, Dennis Noble of Woodward, Tommy and Terry Roedell, Cleo Roedell, of Moreland, Wayne and Evalyn Johnson, Karen Pound of Quinlan, Ann Goll of Alva, Kutis and Sallie Koll of Lawton, Terry Debock of Hennessey. Kansas were Gary and Donna Whitney of Clearwater, KS, John, Barbara and Skye Roach, Travis, Amanda, Aidan and Allie Johnson, Clint, Christie, Aeriana and Kashlyn Whitney of Cheney, KS, Mary Roedell and Landa McNeely of Wichita, Ks. Texas were Melinda Henson and Connie Mathews of Hereford, Tx. Arizona were Pam Roedell of Cottonwood.
The 75th reunion will be held at the same location on October 5th, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. with breakfast and snacks available. Barbara Roach and Donna Whitney will organize the 75th reunion.
Donna Whitney has agreed to be the Treasurer. Barbara Roach has agreed to be the Secretary. Melanie Roach volunteered to send out the invitations again. The dinner will be catered at 1:00 p.m. and will be followed by a short business meeting and auction.
