Yummy Vegetable Chicken Leg Stew. 😋

Ingredients:
Chicken Leg
Fresh Tomatoes
Seasoning Powder
Tomatoes Pasta
Scotch Bonet Pepper
Onions
Palm Oil
Pumpkin Leaf(Ugu)
Spices of choice: Rosemary, Nutmeg and Thyme.
Recipe:
Wash your Chicken Leg, Put it in the pot, Add salt, add some grounded scotch bonet pepper, seasoning cube, dry rosemary leaf, thyme, nutmeg, onions, stir together add a little bit of water, Cover and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, open the pot, stir it and add water enough to cook the meat.
While your meat is on fire, wash your tomatoes, scotch bonet pepper and onions put in a blender and blend it roughly not too smooth, after blending pour in a pot, and put on fire. For the excess water to dry off, after then set aside. Go back to check your chicken, bring down, set aside, slice some onions, set aside, put a pot on fire add some red oil, after the oil is hot, add some salt and add your sliced onions, stir and allow to fry for some minutes on low heat. Then add your tomatoes pasta, stir and allow to fry for some minutes, add seasoning cube, and taste if the tomatoes pasta is still having that sour taste, if it is still having that sour taste, then allow it to cook for some minutes, but if it is not having, you add your blended tomatoes, and stir, then you add your meat stock, stir and check for seasoning and salt, cover and allow to cook for some minutes, then you add your chicken leg and stir and cover to cook, then you add your ugu leaf, and stir.
