We had the pleasure of setting up for the soon to be arrival of Baby Amari💗

She hadn’t made her grand entrance yet but she is already so loved! Amaris’s grandma, Debuelas delicacies, contacted us to make her setup very special! It’s safe to say we came through because grandma loved it! Thank you for trusting Party Time Yard Cards💗💗

We had a very special setup last week!
The baby of this awesome family, Valeria, turned 10!!! It was a special occasion & we used our new BIG numbers for Valeria’s setup!

We were honored to have setup for the beautiful birthday girl & we were told she had an amazing picnic celebration with her closest friends!!!

Her birthday was definitely a memorable one!❤️

This weekend we had another special princess celebrate her birthday

Her morning started off with a drive by party from all her classmates! Leh’ Lany then enjoyed another drive thru parade with her family & friends!

Her grandmother, mom & dad made sure Leh’ Lany had a day fit for a princess! We’re glad we got to be a part of such a special event💗

Myra is a special lady to many! She not only works in the healthcare industry but she’s also a full time nursing student, as well as a mommy & wife! She’s got a busy schedule but despite that Myra is always smiling & giving back to many!

Javis is a sweet boy who not only loves to play Call of Duty, but he is a straight A student who has inherited a love for traveling, thanks to his mom!💙

This past week we help be a part of Raymonds Birthday!

As we were setting up Raymond came out to take a look! We don’t usually get to meet the ones we set up for but he came out & all I could say was “surprise Happy Birthday”🤭

He was such polite young man and told us he so appreciative of his moms surprise. He also said he loved basketball & track and has 4 scouts from different universities coming to see him! Isn’t that amazing?! This young man is going places! We want to thank his mom for allowing us to be a part of his birthday celebration.

Hi Everyone! We’d like to start off by thanking each and every one of our clients for the incredible support! We are grateful to each & every one of you!

We’d also like to thank those who have inquired about our yard cards. We appreciate the interest too!

On that note I’d like to say to the people who have messaged us inquiring about pricing & given us dates - Your setup date is not booked if a deposit has not been made to reserve.

If we have messaged or spoken about your date but we do not receive a deposit you are not on our schedule (even if you have chosen a package) A deposit must be given for your date to be booked. Once a deposit has been made you are scheduled for setup. Full payment may be made upon booking but not required.

We also ask that if you’ve yet to send a deposit & your event is days away you contact us before doing so to verify that your date is available. Please remember that even if your date was available last week it does not mean it may be this week. If you send a deposit and we are booked we will have to refund your deposit.

We hope you understand and we thank you for your cooperation. Thank you!

We were contacted to do a surprise setup this past Monday for a very special person.

Maria, or Chuyita, as her family lovingly calls her, is a teacher who dedicates her life to helping & teaching students to do their best. We were told that when school was in session she was one of the first ones to arrive & the last one to leave, but according to Maria she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Her sister & brother in law wanted to show Maria how much she is loved & appreciated for being the amazing person she is with her students & family!
