Raga Hansadhwani was originally a Carnatic raga but recently absorbed into Hindustani classical music. Hansadhwani means "the cry of the swan." The notes of the scale are C, D, E, G, B, C. In this version, it is played on the santoor. The essence of this raga deeply influenced "Wingbeat."
