We are so excited to grow and learn conscious leadership skills together as a community! Unfortunately, we have had some unforeseen circumstances arise that have caused us to have to push our date back to Spring 2023 (we are aiming for April 22nd but awaiting final confirmation).

This event is something we believe the world truly needs to do business and leadership in a new expansive way. First-year events are always the hardest and we are not letting this hiccup stop us from creating this epic space for YOU to learn to LEAD to a bigger and brighter future!

If you have bought tickets, we have rolled out emailed instructions on a refund process or the option for you to hold your ticket for the 2023 event.

Thanks for understanding and your continued support in creating this new and innovative event. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to meeting and connecting with everyone soon!

We believe tools like meditation and breathwork can be a game changer to bring into your business and work life throughout the day.

Our breath is what signals our body whether to be calm and relaxed or to be in a fight/flight response. When we stay in that go, go mode of fight/flight we can eventually land ourselves in burnout.

Something that our society seems to be dealing with often, is an overwhelming amount of burnout and stress related to career or work life.

We believe at You Lead Summit that creating a daily routine keeps you aligned and inspired in your work. It is important to allow yourself the time and space to reflect on important things like WHY you are doing what you are doing.

The more we can remember to take those check-ins with ourselves, the more we can know we are showing up fully in what we are doing. We can work hard and still put our mental well-being and self-care at the forefront of what we do. That is what doing business and leadership radically different is all about.

Katrina Steward is the owner of Miss K's Dance Bungalow, a performing arts company that celebrates diversity through dance. She renders performing arts education and opportunities to underserved communities.

Her company credits include five NBA games, 5 Harlem Globetrotter performances, 4 National Dance Titles, and various Regional Dance Titles. Miss K's Dance Bungalow is in its 12th season of dance, with two branches in Fresno, California, and Fort Smith, Arkansas.
