Kic Pop was a huge success today! Everyone loved creating their own special concoction. The kids blew us away with their different flavor profiles they created, everything from Unami to dill pickle! Lots of work, we got drenched this morning loading and unloading the trailer but we had a ton of fun!

Ahh… my favorite, The “REAL Butter”! We use only real clarified butter with all the milk solids and water taken out. You have all the buttery goodness without all the sogginess of regular butter, and without any of the chemicals or oils that the other so-called butter toppings possess.

Got inspired by some friends suggestions and will be adding Furikake and Li Hing Powder to our gourmet herbs and spice line up. Have you tried these Hawaiian Asian treats on your popcorn? If so, what are some of your favorite varieties of Furikake (pronounced Foo-rhee-kaa-kay)? We would love to hear from you!

A little bit about us. Kic Pop is a family owned and operated business in the greater DFW area. We produce organic hot air popped Texas grown popcorn which our customers can top with a variety of gourmet toppings from our popcorn bar to create their own craft popcorn treat. . We do not offer kettle corn or premade candy coated corn. Or as we like to say, "We don't candy coat our corn, but you can!" You can create your treat as healthy as you would like with all of our herbs, spices, nuts, olive oil spritzes or indulge a little with dark chocolate chips, toffee, sea salt caramel, chocolate sauces and much more. It is so decadent you need to eat it with a spoon!
We have been offering our gourmet popcorn bar to friends and family for years and have always been encourage by all that have indulged in our unique treat to take it a step further and bring it to the public to enjoy. Our business concept has been in the works for a few years and we now feel the time is right for us to bring this unique gourmet treat to y'all to enjoy!
