The Epson ET-2808 Eco Tank, is the worst printer I ever owned. I've had this printer for less than a year. I've only used it 3 times. Within the first 3 months the red ink would not come out. I decided to buy the ink cleaner to clean it, unfortunately the red ink still would not come out so I totally removed all the red ink and replace it, that was like pulling teeth to even get the printer open 😒😒 but once I finally got it open and I finished changing the ink I get an error message saying that my ink pad needs attention 🤔 something I've never heard of before, so I called the service center to seek help with this problem, just for the person on the line to tell me that she'll connect me with me with an technician but it would cost me $69.95 to talk to someone, I told her that I was not going to pay that, and she hung up on me 😡 All I ever buy is Epson printers because I love them, but this one needs to be destroyed. I can't use it at all unless I pay a ransom to get help with fixing my printer😪
