A no-maintenance front porch arrangement for a very special mother. Check out the comments for a video demonstrating the resilience of this arrangement. I make my outdoor arrangements with our winds in mind. This container is actually a basket with a high handle. I used that handle to anchor these tall plants using thin wire. Let the winds blow!!!

Ok, I couldn’t leave well enough alone! 🙈. In order to make room for one of these fresh fir arrangements I had to move a poinsettia and jingle bells arrangement. A few hours later I realized it was sitting in an awkward spot so I went to go put it away. Then, on a whim I pulled it all apart and used some of it to add some colour to the fresh fir arrangements. What do you think? Are they better as simple fir or better with some colour and “fake stuff “??

Just to show I don’t ignore fresh and living plants! 😆. These fir boughs have been in the store for a month, taunting me every time I buy groceries. I waited for them to get cheaper, and my patience paid off! Now my house smells like Christmas 💕 The jars, burlap and ribbon I had sitting around. 3 arrangements for less than $10🥳👏🏻
I actually love living plants, just not good at keeping them alive and blooming gloriously 🙈.

These are sold, but I can make more.
