Have you tried oats for dinner before? Give this recipe try; you’ll love it!!
Make your favorite beef and potato stew. Cook oats like you would do for breakfast but make it thicker. In a deep dish, layer the oats, pour the stew on top, and finish with sliced boiled eggs. Perfectly warm and filling for cold days. ❤️🙏

Try this healthy dessert and you will love it:

Lemon Blueberry Chia Oatmeal Cake is a perfect healthy treat for breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
2 large eggs (or flax eggs for vegan option)
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
(1 Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8x8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, eggs, milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush
Bake for 30 minutes m, let it cool
Completely before cutting. It the best with ice cream.

An extra off day means more time for meal preppping! I’ve made enough snacks and lunches to last 2-3 weeks, and they freeze beautifully. Having a meal pan not only keeps you on track with healthy eating, but also saves a lot of time and make your busy life less hectic!
