One of the workshops will be hoop dance by Sanna Circle She is a certified hoop dance instructor and artist. Her goal is to inspire as many people as possible to explore the wonderous world of hoop dancing. Hoopdancing is a very creative way to expres yourself. You could consider it a game, a form of art, but most of all this is an invitation to connect with yourself! You don't need any experience to join this workshop, just come, explore and have some fun!

This workshop is an invitation to step into a dimension of playful interaction. Through a combination of games and exercises, we'll experiment with the many ways we can meet one another.
Playing with sound, silence, touch and embodiment, with elements from qi-gong (tai chi), massage and authentic relating, we will enliven the senses and tune into a different frequency of connection.

What an amazing energy at our latest Ecstatic Dance! ❤💃❤

Ecstatic dance is a free form of dance where you are free to move in any way you like and express yourself. The music slowly builds up like a journey, travelling in waves of intensity. We start with a little warm up exercise to arrive into your body and into the space. During the dance we create a space free of judgement. Even when you like to crawl on the floor or just sit in a corner this is perfectly fine! There will be no use of alcohol/drugs and also no talking. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself into the music and let go of any tensions or troubles you might have been carrying along. One might say dancing is the ultimate form of meditation since in this often stressfull society our minds just want to be quiet and our bodies like to move. A good ecstatic dance might just happen to do all of this, resulting in an experience you will cherish for a long time!

About a month ago we hosted the first edition of the Psyched! (film) festival. An amazing day focussing on the psychedelic world and all its wonders. A day which wasn't about tripping at all but way more about a vision we would like to share about the world. A more connected world in which we explore and deepen the relationships with ourselves and the world we live in. Something which is definitely lacking in our more and more disconnected Western society. During this day we showed how native people work with plants and consider them their family, how veterans where able to heal their deepest trauma's with plant medicine (psychedelics). How deeply rooted psychedelics are in the history in the world and about how they might change it. Next to all the information and inspiration, there was also time for celebration. Amazing live music by different artists, celebrating creativity, an essential part of being human. It was an unforgetable day of which this video doesn't do any justice, but it will provide you with a little sneak peak. We hope to organize another edition by spring next year! Untill then, feel free to join one of our other events like Ecstatic Dance, happening almost every week now:)

We strongly believe that the space in which our events are taking place are just as important as the actual events. When you combine a beautiful event with a wonderfull space some true magic can happen. We are excited and gratefull beyond words to be using the nostalgic and monumental Royal Cinema from the 30's for our festival. A dream come true! ❤❤❤
