Just a quick post to say thank you to everyone that made another year of growing flowers possible, as always I have miles to grow and improve the business, just not enough hours in the day!

Worms make me happy, three years ago the soil was lifeless, acidic and full of flat worms. By using low impact gardening methods like not tilling beds and leaving roots in the soil where I can, I have created conditions that allow life to thrive in the soil, thus giving me great growing conditions, this year I have also noticed a huge bird increase feeding on all my seeds, plus dragon flies seen as late as November! Oh and frogs, lots of frogs, rabbits are not as welcome but I do tolerate them, I think the buzzards and owls that live here keep them somewhat under control.
Anyone else already looking forward to spring?

Manx fairy garden vibes, using flowers from the Family garden.

I went on Thursday to pick the flowers and had a lovely tour of a much loved garden, I added just a few stems of dahlias and scabious of my own, just love this sentimental touch
