Notice the darker colours on this pork. Very different from your supermarket pork. This can only be achieved with a varied natural diet that these pigs get from a variety of pastures.

This guy came from where we source a lot of our meat for our cooks.
The pork goes in along with the brisket at the same time to set the bark and we progressively build the temperature from here, hand that job over to Reece & Dyl 🔥👌
Seasoned with our spice blend, when we're ready to wrap they get a good amount of love with k***s of butter and a good splash of our homemade BBQ sauce. These flavours come out and are banging when the pork gets pulled. Sweet, smokey goodness!!

Last night we finally had the chance to order from local Buissnes @_joeeats a fairly new takeaway chicken van in southend on sea. I got strips and fries with a side a 6 buffalo wings. The strips were well seasoned tender and moist. The buffalo sauce was good thick enough to coat the wings and nice after heat wings were tender and also well seasoned.
