Smothered Potatoes
Heat frying oil (just enough to coat pan).
Add sliced potatoes with onions.
Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
Cover for 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft to touch.
Brown (to your liking).
Flip with spatula and brown a bit more. Enjoy

Today is these are my favorite egg-free recipe. 1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup peanut butter
5 TBSp milk

Pre-heat oven 350°
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla extract and baking soda. Mix well. Add flour one cup at a time. Mix after each cup. Add peanut butter. Add milk. Roll into one in balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet one inch apart. Press with fork (make criss cross pattern). Bake 9-12 minutes. Longer they stay in the crunchier they will be. Enjoy

Hello to my food loving friends! I just wanted to reach out during these uncertain times. We here at A Little Bit of This 2 Catering & Meals are practicing safe and sanitary preparation of your meals. We follow required state guidelines and common sense. We are operating on a limited basis. I will update my hours tomorrow and let you know of any specials and sales. I have been taking this time to create a website and offer online payment and establish proficient delivery and pickup options. I expect website to be up by May 1st.
