loula + honey loula + honey is an up and coming floral design collective based in South Louisiana — run by Emily That’s how this story all begins for loula + honey.

Have you ever met someone for the very first time, but felt you’ve known them a lifetime? We (Meg and Em) met over a hair color and style by chance, and quickly became fast friends. A few visits in and we were inseparable, and had somehow arrived at calling ourselves Loula (Emily) and Honey (Meg), and remarked that the names actually had a ring to them. “Loula and Honey,” we repeated and laughed,

and joked that one day we would own a business together and use the name. “Wouldn’t that be nice,” we dreamed. Several years, new jobs and cities, a baby and a pandemic later, and we’ve arrived at a destination we once joked about: loula + honey — a floral design studio. Join us on our journey as we transform from floral enthusiasts to licensed florists!
