So Chic welcomes the vibrant Jalesia Claxton and Antonyo Pinckney, I have been enjoying the wedding planning process with you all! Jalesia and Antonyo booked with me back in July and we’re looking forward to their June 2024 wedding with a “southern jazz twang”👒🌻🎷🎶… They met in high school at Charleston County School of the Arts where both were pianists and quickly became close friends, and eventually attended rival colleges (Jalesia, USC .. Antonyo, Clemson). Right before Jalesia moved to Illinois, they started dating. Shortly after, he moved to Illinois as well. In June 2022, they got engaged in the Wisconsin Dells at the boardwalk.
Now we’re here!🎊

Keelah and Kodoza’s Nigerian-style wedding is definitely one to remember🇳🇬🙌🏽They also incorporated “Taste of the Elements” during their ceremony where they tasted 1.sour(lemon juice), 2.bitter(vinegar) 3.hot(cayenne) 4.sweet(honey)..this Nigerian tradition symbolizes getting through hard times in life and at the end enjoying the sweetness of marriage. 🍋🍶🌶️🍯💍

💍Happy Friday with Brittnie and Ray. So Chic is (officially!)welcoming them to the family and enjoying the journey. There’s always a (heart)story, here’s there’s : Brittnie and Ray met at a jewelry store in the mall. Brittnie saw Ray browsing. As she finished her purchase(Her words😆😅)”I thought he was so handsome but my pride would neva!!”..So she left. He then approached her and introduced himself. Brittnie mentioned they walked the mall for about an hour like some little teenagers. The rest was history and they will become one on September 2nd!🎊 Welcome, Welcome!

They attended sister high schools and connected thru a mutual friend. They communicated thru Facebook which led to meeting each other in person and vibing from that day forward. I have been enjoying their wedding process and love Olivia’s DIY wedding creativity! On July 23rd in Fayetteville, NC , they will become one and So Chic is excited to be a part of their wedding journey!💍
