Just a reminder that BeWitchy service and sells worldwide... we have a HUGE amount of trademarks in Australia, and all of these will continue to flow into as many countries as we can as we go... USA and UK, China, are already receiving admissions, with a few more countries being written up as we speak.
In the past few years, we've noticed A LOT of copy cats, some we've taken legal action against, others we've warned or made requests and they have complied etc.
Some of these people have been members from our group and followers of our page and cause.
It's just come to our attention a couple more members have copied our name as well and chucked a few additional words on the end, thinking this will be fine - sorry to say it is NOT particularly if you are just describing a product and service we are trademarked for.
If you are selling the same product we are trademarked for and have intention of trademarks for in your country, regardless of adding the description on the end of the word BeWitchy, it is still considered a violation and not something we just let go.
We aren't flattered by copycats especially when we have dedicated literally thousands of dollars & hours to the cause with intention and the legal right of trademarking much more ie it's called prior use of and we make it VERY clear we service and sell worldwide with intentions of trademarks everywhere. We take this VERY seriously, so please leave any ideas of copying our branding, which covers a MASSIVE scope because you will be disappointed.
Please be original. Please don't copy. Find your own path, don't jump on the coat tails of other peoples hard work and successes.

We sometimes first ask, sometimes send a cease and desist letter, the lawyer will then send an official one if that one is ignored. We also report all pages and websites for infringements etc. It's also possible for criminal or civil penalties to result from an intentional violation of trademark law, if the violator persists in their violations. The potential for penalties is also higher if it can be proven these violations were done intentionally or out of spite."
