Morel “Tamal”; Smoked Butter, Nogada de Atole

Last year, and us teamed up to make this “tamal” for community dinner. We stuffed the morel mushroom with tamal masa, we then steamed them and finished them in smoked butter. To top them off, we made a Salsa de Nogada but with Atole. This was the final product!
