Here's a shoutout to Shelbie! She'll be singing at the Vernal Christian's Women's Conference 😊💗
Shelbie Lynn Shelton is a college student at Utah State University with her major being Social Work. She aspires to help others professionally with their substance abuse, trauma, and mental health issues. Shelbie is in recovery from substance abuse herself and wants you to know she is just a phone call away if you are struggling. DM for information. She is the 2017 winner of The Country Showdown and Alive After Five here in Vernal, UT. She is inspired daily by her mother Carrie Massey-Francke, dad Shawn Francke, brother Austin Shelton, sister Jenny Shelton, brother Colton Massey, brother Dalton Massey, grandmother Cathy Massey, niece Swayzee and nephews Mattix Shelton and Logan Massey. People have been known to recognize her loud laugh better than her face at times. Her hobbies include singing, reading fantasy and self-help books, writing, and spending time with her family. Last but not least, she wants to give a big shout-out to the man upstairs for all the many blessings he has bestowed upon her!

Join us at the Vernal Christian Women's Conference. This FREE event is happening Saturday at Vernal Middle School from 2 to 4 PM.

Here's a shoutout to one of our performers:

Danicia Call Christensen and her husband Dave have been married for almost 19 years. They have 5 boys ranging from ages 6to 17. They moved to Vernal 6 years ago for her husband’s job as an archeologist and their whole family LOVES it here!

Danicia is a Christ-centered life coach, speaker, and songwriter whose mission is to use her music to inspire, motivate, and teach.

She has a degree in Vocal Performance, a Life Coach certification and has spent the last two decades continuing her training and performing. She uses music and words to help her audience recognize their own divinity as children of loving a Heavenly Father, and in turn, connect more fully to Him.

We're so excited to hear from Jeni Gudac on Saturday!

Jeni Gudac came to Vernal in 1978 planning to only be here for two years. God had a different plan. She has been employed with Uintah School District
for the last forty-four years. She is married and the mother of three adult children and four grandchildren. She was on the ground floor of starting the
women’s Christian Jail Ministry and has enjoyed thirty years of weekly chapel services. It is the highlight of her week and a privilege to minister
to these women and see the many changes in them when they surrender their lives to God.

This week before the conference, we'll be highlighting our speakers and singers.

We're so excited to hear from Jackie Averett Colton. Jackie moved to Vernal in 2006 with her young family. She has been in education for 25 years and worked for Utah Valley University, BYU Continuing Education, Nebo School District, and Uintah School District. Together with her husband Trent, she has four amazing children, one daughter-in-law, one soon-to-be son-in-law, and one special Central American addition—a young woman truly sent from God needing extra love and care due to the harm and neglect experienced through her traumatic domestic and trafficked abuse. "She has made us all more keenly aware of the depth of our Savior's love and the importance of the one from the ninety-nine."

See you Saturday at the Vernal Middle School from 2-4 pm. 😊
