Been invited to share b2b duties down at The Beer Hatch with my beautiful pal Lalita from 12:00-4.30pm

Lalita will be bringing her racks of gorgeous garms along with her for a one day Lalitas Wardrobe pop up presence 👘💕

Then later I’ll be heading across town to the Gatehouse Christmas Social at The Earlham for another b2b with another beautiful pal Erin from 8pm - we’ll be rigged up to the Deadly Majestic Sound System, ding d**g! 🔔🔔
All profits raised going towards the purchase of The Gatehouse Community Pub 💚

It’s time to journey inwards ✨



Join me, Alex and Erin tomorrow from 3pm at Norwich’s most chilled & amiable new venue

We’ll be playing a backdrop of sounds in the lounge to launch our new collaborative project, making a cosy winter space to gently push back against the commercial brash of December; while strengthening connections in our community & providing a place of music, good conversation & plans for 2025.

There will be comfortable places to sit & talk, or to just sit & absorb the tunes.
We’ll be taking turns to dj throughout the afternoon & we’re getting a lil system in to enhance the audio experience.
There will also be some ambient lighting for some low level twinkle.

We’re ordering in a banquet of pizza from Lupa Pizza to share with all those spending time with us.

The first time I listened to output by Double O (a way back now) it gave me a proper racing heart 💗confirming that the amen sound had never gone away; it’s always been there in the shadows, morphing & evolving, never standing still.

Double O has been an inspiration not just as a DJ & producer, but as an ally for women and non-conforming genders getting involved in the scene as DJ’s, MC’s & producers.
He’s also a vocal supporter of DJ’s on warm-up duties, acknowledging the craft that goes into setting the tone as the first ones on 🙏

We’ll be getting stuck in nice & early, providing a public duty for all the post-work party people out there.

With a string of sellout parties under his belt, Sam has been pivotal in bringing some of the GOATs of the industry to the venue such as Sully, Borai, Chris Liberator, The Geezer - and Double O is set to tear up the studio floor 🚧 in an upcoming collab event with

Samwise will be ramping up the bpm with a healthy serving of squat acid techno to wet your whistle & blow your horn. Beautiful!

The first two afternoon socials at The Belle Vue have been blaaady marvellous, filling the boozer rafters with a wonderfully rum & rowdy crew of music appreciators from all across the city & round the corner in NR2 - lovely stuff 💫

Birds Of Hell & I will be nipping back from the madness of the Houghton festival, to bring all you lovely people a mega fine programme of tuneage to soundtrack your Saturday afternoon.
