Please DO NOT downplay cooking! When people wanna pay you $100 to cook for 30-100 people! No! You are just not in the kitchen cooking food. It’s traveling to buy the food going to different stores because certain stores don’t have certain items, it’s the time! It’s prepping, cleaning meat and taking bacteria out of meat, cutting sweet potatoes is NOT for the faint of heart!!! I have a blister on my fingers for cutting 30 pounds of sweet potatoes! My feet are on fire! 😩😮💨 And I gotta get up at 2AM to get the macaroni and cheese and greens beans ready for 10AM! Don’t underestimate a Chef and the goodness of their food, it’s hard work that comes behind that good food you are eating! Chicken veggie noodle soup
I overcooked my baked chicken yesterday trying to be proactive for dinner while I was out working. Long story short I couldn’t get it out the oven so I turned into chicken noodle soup lol! And it was good! I was so mad because I seasoned that whole chicken to a TEEEEEEE!!! I will redo it Sunday! 😤🙌🏽
