The music room was originally built in 1869 by William Henderson for his wife Maria to play her beloved music as a gesture of love.

Since then, it has now been freshly renovated in 2020, which creates a beautiful event space, perfect for ceremonies and small receptions.

Bessmount Park is excited to announce, that we are opening our doors as an exclusive Irish wedding venue. Bessmount Park is a hidden gem of the county, nestled in the rolling drumlin hills of Monaghan with many people not realising its existence.

Bessmount has seen many changes over the years and is currently also home to the Daisy Studio, a bespoke art studio run by Daisy Montgomery. In recent years demand for family and friends to have weddings has seen the property progress into becoming Irelands newest hidden wedding venue.
