Moneris payment gateway is experiencing an outage on payment processing. This only applies to organizations in Canada using Moneris as the payment gateway with ThunderTix.

Moneris is experiencing technical difficulties affecting the payment processing capabilities for some of our merchants. Those impacted may experience slowness or intermittent timeouts when processing transactions on Moneris Go, PAYD and ecommerce solutions at this time.

For non-profit performing arts organizations, every penny counts. When you enable rounding in ThunderTix, patrons are asked if they would be willing to round up their order to the next $5 increment.

The image below shows that for 5 of the last 6 ticket orders, every donation came from rounding up!

As of today, we now show Donations at a glance on the Orders page of your box office portal. Another wish (feature request) granted. 🧞‍♀️

Now you can customize your eTicket per event at ThunderTix. Upload your own themed ticket background, or choose from a library of backgrounds available. You can even swap out the logo per event now allowing venue rentals to brand their own ticket. Each element of the ticket now comes with font selection, size, and colors! Add a custom message, design your advertising space, and the variations are endless. For our current users: the eTicket template designer has moved. It can now be found under the Ticket Delivery tab of each event. Head over to your Event Manager, click Manage, and then select Ticket Delivery to start customizing each event's eTicket!

Do you want to provide a coupon code in a post-event email to entice customers to return for your next event? Now you can with ThunderTix! Promoting your next event to former patrons is easy! Simply navigate to your Revenue Builders, click Coupons, and choose Get Code for the corresponding event that you wish to promote. Then click Copy Code and paste pre-formatted links into your promotional emails.
