A special evening awaits on 13th September as Berber Diffusion & Ayman Sinada present their Saharan infused sounds to the enchanting Folklore in Hoxton 🔮

As London’s first traditional Amazigh band, Berber Diffusion lend their unique blend of pentatonic rhythms infused with Gnawa music, a powerful North African sound 🌍

The Amazigh people’s (Berbers) musical traditions run deep as small groups of travelling musicians share the stories and poems of their ancestors.

On support Ayman Sinada will bring a trio of musicans sharing traditional Sudanese songs while incorporating contemporary grooves. We have total trust in this to be great!

Folklore is the perfect home for this event and we’re so happy to be returning to a space where it all started at 🩷

Earlier this month we welcomed the concept Harmony Diversity to . It was a beautiful collision of artforms that were able to complement each other and create a sensory and involved experience for the audience.

It was a very special evening and we hope to do more like it!

So gassed for this one! 🌟 We’re teaming up with respair to present ‘Harmony in Diversity’ - exploring London’s creative heartbeat that fuels an extraordinary celebration of unity and artistic brilliance ✨

A true melting pot of cultures, we take inspiration from far and wide - the aim is to explore how we translate this into art and build a sense of belonging.

Live jazz is provided by Respair, Creswick & URVASHI, complemented with spoken word poetry, live dancers, and visual arts inspired by London's creative landscape 🎷🎤💃🎨
