Variety is key! This is the crowd pleaser box (crowd-favorite cheeses), so I like to add variety in textures of the cheeses. You want at least one soft, semi-soft or semi-firm, and one hard. Usually, the softer cheeses are aged less, and so there will also be a variety of flavors when you do this.

LUBBOCK, you are going to be so missed. Thank you for your support and kind words. My husband and I have decided to move to Waco, and I will be taking Platterful with me. I will finish out my current orders through the beginning of June. It has been so much fun making platters for you all. This spread. 😍 It is so tasty and so easy to make. I've meant to make a video but, I haven't found the time, so I’m just going to post the recipe below. It makes quite a bit, so plan to enjoy with friends and family 💕🧀.

1 log of plain goat cheese
3/4 cream cheese
1/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp of chopped garlic
2 tbsp of everything but the bagel seasoning (of course).
Whip everything up until smooth.
More for topping.

It goes great with plain water crackers, on plain bagels (thins), with veggies, and much more!
