JERK CHICKEN RASTA PASTA🇯🇲😍
FOR THE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
•Chicken breast
•jerk powder
•Chicken seasoning
•All purpose
•Chilli and lemon powder
•Jerk paste
•Double cream
•Parmesan
•Pasta
•Salt and pepper
•White onion
•Spring onion
•Garlic
•Pepper
Method:
Season your chicken breast with all purpose, chicken seasoning and jerk (to your taste). Leave to marinade for at least an hours. Boil your pasta, whilst that is cooking add your onions, spring onions and garlic to pan with melted butter and leave to sauté. When cooked, add 300ml double cream, 1 TBSP jerk paste, a teaspoon of all purpose, chilli and lemon powder and chicken seasoning. Cook your chicken in a separate pan, you can add to sauce later if you wish. If your cream sauce is too thick, add milk or chick stock to thin out. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Add your cooked pasta and chicken (if you wish), then mix in parmesan or mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and top with parsley and spring onions. Serve.
