Dinner tonight was Mahi Mahi and roasted broccoli on my brand new Pampered Chef Brilliance Nonstick Half Sheet Pan. Nothing at all stuck to it. We also had a wild rice blend and salad.
I never thought I would hear both of my boys say, “You didn’t make enough broccoli.” 😅 Times have changed. In a way, it’s music to my ears. Duly noted, more broccoli next time! 🥦🥦
