Effective Immediately -

Payment on individual items (like pans of rolls, cakes, etc) will be due at time of pick up (cash, check or Venmo).

Payment for larger orders or catering jobs will be as follows: final headcount and ½ down due 10 days before event. This final headcount is what we will be purchasing for and billing for. Remaining ½ due at time of service.

Thank you for your understanding of our terms - as a small (as in two of us) business, it is necessary for us to tighten things up a bit and cover costs we incur preparing for events/orders. We appreciate everyone who we've had to privilege to work with in the past and look forward to the next time we can help you! We are also excited to meet new customers. 👩‍🍳Debbie & Erica

Hard to believe that Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner! Our catering dates are booked, but we will be baking up a storm for Thanksgiving! Our menu is listed below - get your orders in quickly, ordering will close on Friday, November 17th. Pick up will be at Erica's on Wednesday, November 22nd after 4pm.

**Disclaimer - these items are all baked in a home kitchen that has nuts and gluten in it.

Not sure what to do this weekend?? Come out to Steam-O-Rama and have breakfast, lunch, or supper with us (or stay all day and eat all day...calories don't count here!!)!! We are here today through Sunday...and the weather is perfect!

Take the Halltown Exit on I44 and go south on O Highway and we are down on the right!

Sometimes celebrating the ones we love most doesn't look the way we want it to...our precious Granny turns 96 tomorrow. Sadly, dementia is a thief that has stolen her memory of who we are most of the time but we are blessed to still get to love on her, hold her hand and get hugs...if we are really lucky, we get to hear an "I love you" or "You are a sweetheart." Today we celebrated Granny by taking a meal to those who love on her everyday, the staff at Sonshine Manor - we can never thank them enough for loving on her when we aren't there!

A quick lunch drop off yesterday at the E-Center in downtown Springfield! Grilled pork loin, twice baked potato casserole, sweet green beans, a garden salad and Parmesan garlic bread with peach cobbler for dessert!

We served smoked pork loin, grilled chicken, twice baked potato casserole, green beans, salad and rolls.

10 more cakes ready to go out the door in the morning...2 strawberry cakes with strawberry cream cheese frosting (fresh strawberries will go on tomorrow), 2 white cakes with buttercream frosting, 2 carrot cakes with cream cheese frosting, 2 chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, 1 lemon cake with lemon frosting and 1 peanut butter cake with peanut butter frosting.

The lemon cake with blackberry filling and lemon cream cheese frosting and sugared blackberries went to celebrate a birthday on Thursday.
