When you book with us we will send you an agreement between you, the client, and us, the service provider.

The agreement contains all the information about your booking such as the agreed price, time you can expect us to arrive to set up etc, and any extra services or equipment you have requested us to supply. Also there is important information on cancelling any service you may have booked with us.

It also gives you important information about us including your right to view our public liability and pat test certificates should you wish to do so.

It will outline how Ellis Discos conduct ourselves at your event. Always in a professional and courteous manner.

This agreement demonstrates our commitment to providing you with a reliable and professional service, One where you can trust that we will always arrive to your event and give you the very best service you expect.
