Something I've been inspired to share is one of my personal mantras . . . just as a photographer is constantly changing their angle to capture just the right moment on film, we must constantly change our position in life in order to capture our moment . . . sometimes that takes some hard questions, some tough realizations, and strong discipline to do what's necessary, but in the end, when everything is in focus, we can capture our moment. Below are some pictures that I wrote my mantra on to remind myself to take the time to step back, adjust my "lens" and refocus in a different perspective. Thanks for letting me share

I was finally able to finish an online course today that I started last summer. I'm officially certified in EFT Tapping sessions for subjects such as releasing past trauma, forgiveness, releasing fears about judgement, clearing energy blocks, and releasing past life vows. I am waiting to receive my official certificate but hope to begin educating others on this form of therapy soon.

You cannot change someone into being something they are not. All you can do is accept them for who they are, "as is." If being connected with the person is not something that makes you feel good when you are around them, then you need to let them go without resentment. People are who they are so accept them for who they are or move on. If who they are is not within your beliefs or not what you thought they were, it is up to you to make a change and move on. Holding onto something that is not in your benefit is like keeping spoiled food in the fridge. It is still there but there is nothing you can do with it.

Empaths are misread as quiet or unsociable with others. This is completely false.

You resort to solitude to regain your energy that has been drained, but when you dont vocalize this, many judge you since they dont get what's actually going on within you.
In a sense you shut the world out and it backfires, literally. One should not wonder why they are misunderstood when you are helping to create this state of confusion.

Empaths tend to be the opposite of loud overbearing type personalities and much rather be alone then around them. This creates a stigma that you think youre better than others. If an empaths lifestyle was understood on a grandios scale, misunderstanding would cease forever!
