Did you know that 1st of April is celebrated as April Fool’s day in many countries?
April Fool's Day is a holiday celebrated on April 1st each year. It's a day when people play practical jokes and pranks on each other. The origins of the holiday are not entirely clear, but it is believed to have started in Europe as far back as the 14th century. Today, it's a popular holiday in many countries around the world, where people often try to fool their friends and family with clever hoaxes and jokes.

Meet Steve Jefferys he spent 18 years working at and learning from some of the biggest and best marketing agencies in the world in Senior Client Services roles. Building strong commercial relationships with blue-chip brands. Leading and developing teams. Growing Clients. Fixing problems. Learning and adapting. Discovering my passion for people.
He founded his own coaching practice - Your Shift - in May 2022.
and decided to make his own career shift in 2020, spending 2021 training professionally as an Executive Coach through the ICF-endorsed Academy of Executive Coaching and qualifying in July of that year.
He's a big believer in there being many points of change
Steve's coaching has had a tremendous impact on life's and he has a calm and supportive approach to helping one find solutions.

Meet Lauretta Ovine Ogbum a Certified Life Coach, Conflict Resolution Expert, and Member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria.
Lauretta is the Lead Coach and Founder of The Activator Coaching Academy where she helps engaged and married couples resolve conflicts, build healthy relationships starting with themselves and achieve success in life and marriage.
She is also a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), a trained Kidnap Management Expert and a Security Adviser in Oil and Gas.
With several couples coached and marriages saved from the brink of divorce, Lauretta popularly known as 'The Activator', enjoys creating sweet memories with the father of her three teenage boys and husband of over two decades.

Mentoring is a special partnership between two or more people based on commitment to the mentoring process, common goals and expectations, focus, mutual trust and respect. Mentoring can also encompass activities that allow for transfer of knowledge and skills from one person to others.
Both the mentor and the mentee give and grow in the mentoring process. The mentee can learn valuable knowledge from the mentor’s expertise and past mistakes and competencies can be strengthened in specific areas.
Benefits of Mentoring for the Mentor:
Renews enthusiasm for the role of expert
Obtains a greater understanding of the barriers experienced at low levels of the organization
