These guys are going to be so helpful with summer entertaining. I can't be the only one who can't seem to coordinate everything being done at the same time!

This is one of my favorite recipes. It's easy to make adjustments for your family and all comes together SO quickly. You can choose to go vegan, use shrimp, or chicken like suggested here. Do you know your family will look at you like you're crazy if you try the zoodles? Just use an entire pound of spaghetti instead. Be sure to use fresh ingredients though because you will LOVE how fresh this tastes and how easy it is to come together.

This is also a perfect recipe to sneak in enrichables pea protein if you don't have meat or using some of the super veggies or kale and fiber for that extra nutrient boost!

If you want all the health benefits of garlic—and you do—then fresh garlic that you mince or chop yourself is the best way to get them.
