The last of the flowers.

This weekend I picked myself one last bucket of flowers. No colour scheme, just anything that was still pickable, mostly the dahlias now.

The September sunshine was very welcome this week and the flowers have loved it!

A weekend off from weddings this week, so off to do yet more deadheading and get the greenhouse in some sort of order so I can start my Autumn sowing. What are your plans? xx

This morning is misty, and I’m not sure if the day to come will be a summer or autumn.

Although I love autumn, I would rather summer not be over just yet! This bouquet is my mix of the two, the autumnal golds and amber colours are definitely in there, but not too dark, so the creams and whites keep the summer going.

Bouquets are back! The sun has been shining (sometimes), the rain has been falling (often) and the flowers are blooming (now)!

Excited to let you know that our summer British flower bouquets are now available to order again (on our website or by messaging me). Grown by me, and picked to order. Delivered to you in water so they arrive looking at their prime (with 10 miles of East Grafton).

Taking a break from the wreaths to remember the flowers!

Earlier this week .stamps sent me these gorgeous pictures from C & D’s September wedding.

I love the way that the bright mix of flowers pop out of the pictures. I made the bridal bouquets and buttonholes and also provided a couple of buckets of my own blooms. The couple had organised to spend the afternoon before the wedding with friends and family arranging them into bud vases. These looked so pretty along the tables. 🌸
