Botond Szegedi is a painter from Budapest. He began painting in 2022 quite by accident when he decided to create a piece for one of his best friend’s birthdays. Immediately captivated by the process, he immersed himself deeply in the art, which quickly became a passion. Entirely self-taught and driven by instinct, Botond channels his energy and enthusiasm onto the canvas, drawing inspiration from the people around him. This is why he primarily enjoys painting portraits. He says, “I love playing and experimenting with vibrant colors.” For this event, he has prepared a special series inspired by the ancient Egyptian culture!
