Due to the ongoing Mountain Fire and its impact on our community, the Ventura County Fairgrounds are currently housing over 3,000 firefighters dedicated to protecting our area, as well as sheltering evacuated animals. With the fire at only 47% containment and the fairgrounds at full capacity, the decision was made to prioritize the safety and welfare of both the community and emergency responders.
We are pleased to announce that the Gold Coast Gem Show has been rescheduled to December 7-8, 2024, with vendor move-in on Friday, December 6. We understand this is a change, and we hope that you can join us for these new dates to continue the tradition of our vibrant event. A new link will be sent for new sign ups for volunteering.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and support of the fairgrounds’ decision to assist our firefighting heroes and impacted families. Your participation is a key part of making this event special, and we truly appreciate your flexibility in these circumstances.
