What can you expect at Soulstar Sound Healing? ✨
Sound Healing is a very gentle healing modality. You don't have to DO anything, simply lay back, relax and receive. The sound healing session goes for an hour. Upon arrival we have a chance to settle in and make yourself comfy under the twinkling lights of the Soul Nook pergola.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket, yoga mat (or something to lie on) pillow for your head and water to drink.

You'll be guided through some gentle breathing, connection to your heartspace, setting some personal intentions for what you'll like to receive during the session. Then simply lay back and enjoy the waves of the beautiful high frequency sound bath as the crystal singing bowls work their magic. Allowing them to take you wherever you need to go. Some people meditate, some fall asleep, some deeply relax, others receive messages, sensations and downloads - each experience is different and personal, you always receive exactly what you need.

After approx 45 minute sound bath, we slowly reconnect with our bodies, connect back to the space and ground ourselves.

My philosophy is "gentleness".
In this sometimes harsh world, it's really lovely to be surrounded by gentleness.
Soft light, a welcoming atmosphere, soft hues.
Flowers, crystals and nature.
This session revolves around providing a calm space, predominately using the crystal singing bowls and chimes. No gongs or drums or louder noises. It's powerful, yet gentle to your nervous system.

It is a friendly welcoming space for you to enjoy some time out form the busy world.

I am exciting to be teaming up with the wonderful Leena & Andy from Australian Ceremonial Cacao for a Kids & Cacao Family Event in the park!

I will be hosting kids crafts and we will be sipping on Australian Ceremonial Cacao in an informal fun space in nature! 💚🌳

We have created this event at a playground with beautiful surrounding spaces for parents to come and include their children in the Brisbane ACC Community.

✨NEW EVENT ANNOUCEMENT✨
The Sacred Collective
In this special Full Moon in Libra workshop we will be creating our very own selenite crystal feather cleansing wands.

For many who have come to our Sacred Sister Circles, you may have seen and held our sacred wand which we pass around the circle to allow our beautiful sisters to speak openly from the heart.

This event provides a space in which to create your own sacred crystal tool to work with.

We are all responsible for our own energy so spiritual and energetic hygiene is so important moving into this new astrological year. Especially as the eclipse season approaches, energy can feel a bit chaotic, so it's a great idea to be pro-active and to get in the regular practise of clearing our own energy so as not to take on any external energies that aren't our own.

These wands are multi purpose. Firstly as a communication tool, you can use as a speaking wand with your kids. If they have something important to say, you can allow them to hold it, giving them your undivided attention to express themselves without interruption.

Secondly they are amazing for cleansing and brushing your auric field. Once we have created our wands, we will take you through a ritual explaining how to use your wand to practise spiritual hygiene.

Lastly, you can use them to distribute sage and smoke for cleansing your home, altars and sacred spaces.

Selenite is a crystal that doesn't need to be charged or cleansed itself. Selenite promotes peace and calm, mental clarity, and well-being. It's also believed that this crystal can remove negative energy and help you connect to higher realms.

We will start the evening off with a refreshing botanical drink to settle in and relax. We will finish off the evening with our new crystal wands being charged with the pure crystal tones of the sound healing bowls, while you unwind and receive.
