Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas! It was fun getting back into the saddle this morning for some Friday production. Did some fun themed loaves along with some of my special Nutella/oreo dessert challah. Made 50 pounds of dough between challah and pizza dough!

Happy Saturday!!!!! Hanukkah is around the corner and what couldn’t be better than bringing a challah to your Hanukkah celebration or to kick off Shabbat! Special blue colored funfetti is available! Don’t forget pizza dough will also be available to order. Order pickup will be Friday, December 27th! Order soon before they sell out.

Had the pleasure of catering a baby shower today for Ashley of .

Menu theme was an upscale diner/soda shop. Grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters, build your own Greek salad, mini turkey clubs, cheeseburger sliders, chicken Caesar wraps, cranberry/apple slaw with a maple balsamic dressing, and broccoli slaw to finish it up!

Had the pleasure of catering a birthday party for a wonderful woman’s 90th Birthday. Her party was Phillies themed. The organizer wanted an upscale bbq and that’s what I gave!

How it all started...

I got the idea one night while watching Jimmy Fallon make challah with Hugh Jackman on Zoom during the quarantine. Jimmy said he got the dough from someone and all he had to do was braid it.

I have done several challah baking workshops utilizing my recipe for the dough and people just love it. So, I ran the idea through some of my family and friends, who liked the idea. So this pandemic has turned an idea into a small home-based business. After a couple of weeks of making Challah, I decided to offer pizza dough! That was a huge success and many families have turned this small idea I had into a weekly tradition! I love seeing everyone’s creations. That is why I love the food business!

I was talking to a few customers and they were sick and tired of cooking and suggested I start offering other things. I am starting off small with some summertime cold soups and seasonal summer salads to go along with the dough. Let me take the hard work out and get you one step closer to having some delicious food!
