Tomorrow sees the end of Second Hand September. Have you been embracing the increasing trend towards resale and thrifting?

Recent years have seen a big increase in second hand clothing purchases with predictions showing that second hand clothing will comprise 18% of the average wardrobe by 2030, doubling from 9% in 2020.

According to the 2021 Resale Report by Thedup a massive 33 million consumers bought second hand apparel for the first time in 2020. This new Pandemic habit is expected to stick.

Buying second hand and pre-loved clothing helps extends it's life, reduces landfill, and encourages a more circular fashion system.

Hi my name is Roshini Hyde and I live in England. I have been planning a way to bring a bit of HOPE and JOY to our lives, since the pandemic began. I hope my idea will help to reverse the impact of this global pandemic. I am sure many of you may have lost loved ones, jobs, freedom, not forgetting the damage it has done to our mental health. Thanks to the scientists who have found the vaccine, we are now on our way to freedom.
