Honey cornbread, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and our sweet bbq sauce, baked into a delicious muffin you never knew you needed

Ever wonder why the smoked chicken you get from other places is dry?

Because they don’t brine it.

Chicken dries out quicker than any other protein, unless you give it a little love like we do with ours.

~48 hours in a salt/soy sauce/brown sugar brine, hit with our dry rub, then 4-5 hours over a hickory smoke bath @ 240.

Grab some before it’s gone this Saturday from 12-6pm @ Port Winona Wine+Market.
