Here is my current process, but mind you I constantly work to level up behind the scenes to find the most effective spiritual methods, materials, philosophies & tools. When you come to my table when I’m at a market or out in the park, it’s a whole system! I start with a free mini reading of runes and crystal oracle cards as part of my energy diagnostic. The runes address the subject matter, action to take and purpose and the crystal cards reveal what crystals are best suited to support your current needs. From there I offer to put together the rune and crystal combinations revealed in the reading on a bracelet or Mala necklace right there on the spot!
Readings and purchase of jewelry are completely optional. I have ready made crystal bead jewelry tailored for specific needs or zodiac signs to help them overcome their specific set of challenges.
Each bracelet comes with a card explaining what each crystal helps with.
A necessary part of energy healing is cleansing so I offer Bath Kits. What sets my kits apart from the others is the Dakota Prairie Sage I use in my Florida waters and the hand made incense. The sage is sourced ethically, wild harvested in Minnesota by an Ojibwe artisan. Collected with their ritual makes it super effective as compared to commercial sage. A small amount goes a long way. Its cleansing ability reaches every facet of your life. Consistency is key with spiritual hygiene so I offer the waters in roller-ball vials for on-the-go cleansing.
For those looking for simple, I’ve created larger Aromatherapy candles modeled after the tea lights in my kits, with the same anti-hexing and manifestation properties.
If you are in need of an immediate aura clearing, I offer on the spot clearings by donation. Takes only a few minutes. I can do this in person or over live chat remotely.

Do this at night before bed and then the next morning and every morning there after check in with your body, check in with your energy and take inventory of your needs. Assess where you have pain assess what you might need to get yourself right before you begin your day.
