About me
I’m Kristy, the founder of theflowervalley, i’m turning 18 years old in November, currently pursuing a diploma in business studies (marketing) & juggling a small business selling floral arrangements on the side! I first started working as a florist in 2021 and I have learnt so much through working part time and eventually grew a passion for floristry!! In a blink of an eye, I’ve gathered 2 years of floristry experience, so much trial & error, so many mistakes but worth every minute.

The 2nd & 3rd pictures show my favourite arrangement that I have ever created at Floral Mikelle, still so proud of this! It was first time ever making a custom arrangement made for a client.

Our brand first started out during the holidays, I wanted to keep making flowers without needing to commit to a proper part time job. It started when a friend asked me to create a bouquet for him, and thats when I realised that I could start selling my own flowers!! From simple designs, it grew to creating unique colour themes & I managed to developed my own style 🤍

So grateful to those who have supported us this entire time, thank you for choosing us & giving us an opportunity to create beautiful artwork for all to enjoy 🤍
