Good day everyone! We'd like to say a huge THANK YOU to all of the brides and grooms that we've had the privilege of meeting, and to all of our supporters and followers over the last 2 years! We've come to the decision that we will not be continuing with the business after 2024. It's been a lot of fun! Wedding season is just around the corner and we can't wait to get started!!! Our calendar is filling up fast and we're so thankful for every single client, that chose us to decorate their special day!! That being said - we're only taking a few more bookings for 2024. This is too funny not to share! A wedding guest fell in love with this little Dog skeleton and called him Bones. So we allowed her to have it as a parting gift if she called him Bones Gallant (named after us). Turns out the guest lives out of province and Bones Gallant got to take his first plane ride! We're happy he will be well taken care of and loved! Inspired Sisters aims to make our clients and their guests happy!!

When we got asked to decorate a classy, black and purple Halloween wedding...we couldn't have been more excited!! Halloween weddings are not ordinary, so we felt super lucky to get this opportunity!! Jaz & Stacy were amazing to work with and made our job super easy! There were many late night chats with overflowing ideas and lots of laughs too!!

When you're in Ottawa for a work trip and get a message from your sister, saying she can't find a certain item at the Dollarama for next week's wedding.... you google map the closest Rama, walk all the way there and buy what's left on the shelf, just in case...even though your suitcase is about to bust!! 🤣

Julie's beautiful friend Josée, got married this weekend!!! Congratulations to Josée & Christian!!! What a big beautiful wedding this was!!! 🥰

Josée and I met and started working together 4 years ago. We clicked instantly and became really great friends...so we've been talking about this exciting day, since Christmas 2020!!

When I told Josée, that my sister and I were going to start a decorating business, she was a true supportive friend about this big idea we had and literally hired us on the spot. (Also, our first official booking). 😁

Josée was a dream bride to work with. She told us her main colour and that's it. She gave us complete freedom to decorate how we wish. Decorating an event for family and friends is extra special...but oufff...being a wedding guest adds extra pressure 🤣

Some might think decor is just decor and not a big deal, but putting our hearts and souls into our work and adding special personal touches for someone's most special day, is crazy important to us.

We normally don't get to see the Bride's first reaction of the venue..but we were super lucky that we got to this time and it sure didn't disappoint!! We were sooooo happy that we got a quick decor reveal moment with Josée, minutes before she walked down the aisle. Her face lit up with shock, amazement and so much happiness!!! It was tough holding the tears back during such a priceless moment!! And we got it on video ♥️

So, check these pictures out. We went full tilt on these beautiful fall colours. So vibrant, yet soft. Like Jen and I say every time we nail a decor look "Love!!!!!".

Hermine & Eric have been together for 45 years and they said "I do", last Sunday!! How amazing!! ♥️ We were so touched and honoured to decorate for their special day!!

When we walked into this little community room, we knew we had to pull some tricks, to transform it into wedding vibes. From changing the window curtains, to Jen running to both our houses, to grab some decor off of our own walls, to switch out 🤣 We couldn't be happier with this amazing transformation!

Jen and I grew up minutes away from this beautiful location, so we were so excited when Melanie asked us to decorate her wedding. The Goéland is such a gem in our little community. We're so happy with how this turned out.

The after effects of a 2 wedding weekend! 🫣 Our cars have been unloaded, now to dismantle and reorganize and move on to the next two exciting weddings!! We've been having some technical difficulties with uploading our pictures, but we will get that fixed soon so stay tuned!

Here's what wedding decor transport looks like. Luckily, we're only 5 minutes from the venue! There's more to go in Julie's car too! Decor costs a lot and takes many, many hours of work to make your vision come true!
Our advice: Don't tire and stress yourself out. Hire a decorator and enjoy your special day to the fullest! We'd be happy to decorate your wedding too! And guess what? We still have availability for 2023, lots of openings for 2024 and beyond. Give us a shout. 💕💕

We"ve been on the go since 8am doing some wedding prep work once again! We have 4 weddings coming up, and our imaginations are running wild! 2 of the 4 weddings are almost all packed up and ready to be loaded...now to clean up the disaster we've made! We really should have called ourselves the "Twisted Sisters"! Lol We started some prep work for a baby shower and three September weddings tonight. We were being silly and made a big mess in our work zone! But we sure love doing this. We get so excited as we love making every wedding beautiful and unique! We can't wait to share more photos with you. We still have availability for bookings for the rest of 2023 and we're also wide open for 2024. Strong winds and decor don't mix 🤣 but it doesn't matter..what a beautiful wedding day!! 💐

Julie's daughter and stepdaughter, were so lucky to have Madame Marie-Chantal as their grade 4 teacher this past year. Madame is truly the most kind, devoted and caring teacher to all her students and she really deserved the most special wedding day ever, after giving so much of herself to our kids. I was so honored when she called a few weeks ago to ask us to decorate their beautiful little family wedding, on their adorable little farm! ♥️
