The “great” pumpkin in the barn for Johnsville Trick or Treat weighed in at 64 pounds!

We had two guesses of 62 pounds which were the closest!

We had over 50 guesses ranging from 9 pounds to 40,000 pounds. 😂
10 guesses in the 70 pound range and a little more than 10 in the 80 pound range. more than 50% of the guesses were over.

Johnsville trick-or-treat tonight!

Stop by the Rustic Arch Barn for donuts, apple cider, hot chocolate and other free stuff! Oh, and hopefully some trunks full of goodies at our trunk or treat!

You’ve come along way, baby.
The early picture is how we got it. We cleaned it out in 2020 in order to have the Johnsville trick or treaters have a warm spot during their trick or treat time. That started the whole thing. This year we will again pass out cider and doughnuts as well as hot chocolate for trick or treating on Thursday. North Woodbury Alliance Church is joining us to pass out the goodies as well as add a trunk or treat contest in our parking lot. Can’t wait! It’s going to be a fun night Thursday! 5:30-7:00! Bring your kids to Johnsville!

Farm Stand! It’s been a crazy, wonderful summer with you! Come get the last bit of sweet corn! We have beautiful watermelon, onions,
tomatoes, etc!!

We have mums!! Also new today: goards, Indian Corn bundles, Rhubarb! And this morning I made peach scones…which you should come and sn**ch before Gianna devours them! They were a hit at our house, for sure!

We’re working on getting the stand open today for the weekend, but allow a mama to brag for a minute…1st and 2nd on their class for showmanship yesterday! The older two kids are our cousins. The 4 of them survived their 4-H projects together…barely…my sister, who lives around the corner, did an amazing job with them and Monday is the sale where all their hard work is rewarded!!
