Fun Fact - this platter was created after a misunderstood conversation with a friend!! He thought I said something rude 🤭 (I didn’t!) but the conversation stuck with me and I created The Dirty, named so because it’s a messier platter to eat … but it’s oh so delicious! 😋 and quickly became one our most popular platters!⁣

I’m not sure you’ll find anything quite like it from other grazing businesses and it’s just so moreish there’s never any leftovers! ⁣

We get asked a lot to provide Pre-Wedding Brunches for the bridal parties on the morning of their wedding. ⁣

The traditional bubbles 🥂 are always flowing so it’s important to have something to nibble on whilst the everyone is getting ready, as it’s usually a very long time before the wedding breakfast!!⁣

Our first option is the sweet option, The Bespoke Brunch. This is an amazing selection of pastries of your choice from , yoghurt and granola pots plus fresh fruit.⁣

This is usually delivered as a platters only option, but it can also be styled into a grazing table.⁣

Hi, I’m Fiona, the founder and owner of The Cotswold Platter Co. It’s been quite a while since I last wrote a post about myself and my business, and so for all my lovely new followers … here’s a little bit about me! ⁣
⁣
I’ve had a very varied career before setting up this business … events at Disneyland Paris, the public affairs office for Ford Motor Co, several management positions with M&S and I ran a candle and home accessory business. I also studied in art & design and hotel & catering management. ⁣
⁣
I feel extremely grateful for each of these experiences, as they’ve all played a part in creating this business 🙌🏼. ⁣
⁣
I launched the business at the end of 2020 during lockdown, and things have changed significantly since then. Due to the lockdown restrictions the majority of my orders were for private customers, 2-6 people and all delivered to the home. Today … things looks very different!⁣
⁣
Styled grazing tables, corporate clients, weddings, birthday’s, hen parties, working lunches, rally hospitality events, team building weekends, awards ceremony, celebrities and even royalty 👸🏼… with our largest single event catering for over 215 people! ⁣
⁣
Anyone who runs their own business will already know that the road is never easy, but the best things in life are always the always the ones fighting for! ⁣
⁣
You’re excited. You’re worried. You question yourself. You adapt. You improve. You fail. You succeed. You fall over. You pick yourself up. You learn so much about yourself and your abilities, more than you ever thought possible when you first started on the venture. ⁣

I feel very fortunate to say that I absolutely LOVE what I do! ❤️⁣

I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved so far, but I want to say a huge thank you for the help and support I’ve received from some fabulous friends, and some amazing clients who too have supported and cheerled my business. ⁣

We are very excited to introduce our new brunch platter ….. The Bespoke Brunch! 🥐🍒, giving you the opportunity to create your very own, tailor-made brunch! 🙌🏼⁣

Over the last year we have been working closely with the amazing for all our brunch pastries but we realised that The Original Brunch we’ve been offering in the past hasn’t reflected the fabulous variety that offers …. so going forward, you can choose exactly which pastries you’d like! ⁣

Taking this one step further we are also giving you the opportunity to select how many yoghurt & granola pots you’d like as we know from past experience some people would prefer less, and some more. ⁣

The Signature was the very first platter we created and is probably our most popular alongside The Dirty. So whilst it’s clearly a firm favourite just the way it is, we thought it was time to have a mini refresh!⁣
⁣
The rich, chewy sweetness of dried fruits with cheese in particular is a fabulous combo, so we’ve taken out some of the fresh fruits (still keeping grapes & apple though, they’re a must have 🍇🍏!) and included the most amazing medjool dates. ⁣
⁣
We’ve also added celery and some pickled pearl silverskin onions which brings a delicious crisp, sharpness to the platter. ⁣
⁣

If you’re looking for the ‘wow-factor’ for your event, then we offer two types of Grazing Table styling packages. ⁣

Our Standard Package involves ready-made platters displayed on tiered crates and our Luxury Package involves the graze being created on site on the most incredible handcrafted wooden boards. 😍⁣

I contacted Sharon and she designed and handcrafted several bespoke boards for me. All of the wood was sourced from The Cotswolds, with much of it coming from the Blenheim Palace estate. ⁣
⁣
A mixture of beautiful chestnut brown and white limed boards suit any event, and one of the most incredible pieces she designed was a Champagne Round! 🥂⁣
⁣
This massive ‘slice’ of tree trunk has been beautifully finished in white lime and handcrafted to hold a selection of champagne or wine glasses along with a champagne bucket. ⁣

These boards are beyond beautiful and you will never find anything like these anywhere else, so please get in contact if you’re looking for a show-stopping grazing table! 🤩

It includes Burrata, Manchego & Dolcelatte cheeses, Milano Salami, Parma Ham & Salami stick. Nocellara and Herbe de Province olives, baby cornichons, on-the-vine cherry tomatoes, fresh avocado and figs, all nestled on a bed of peppery rocket and accompanied with rustic bread. ⁣

It was my absolute pleasure to be asked to cater for Cirencester’s Chamber of Commerce Business & Community Awards Dinner 2022, and it is as by far the biggest event I’ve ever catered for …. over 215 people!! 🎉⁣
